Responsibilities Develop an aligned leadership use‑area strategy and product roadmaps. Ensure the definition and maintenance of effective solutions support packages, including testing, work requests, and approvals. Understand segment customer needs and ensure a fit‑for‑purpose, cost‑optimal product portfolio to meet those needs. Ensure clear product positioning to support a well‑defined price/value matrix.
