Lead and craft global Passive Fire Protection product portfolio (Cellulosic and Hydrocarbon segments) and manage global products phase‑ins and phase‑outs, supporting key stakeholder engagement, and aligning with the overall segment strategy.
Responsibilities- Develop an aligned leadership use‑area strategy and product roadmaps.
- Ensure the definition and maintenance of effective solutions support packages, including testing, work requests, and approvals.
- Understand segment customer needs and ensure a fit‑for‑purpose, cost‑optimal product portfolio to meet those needs.
- Ensure clear product positioning to support a well‑defined price/value matrix.
- Lead a team of product managers and facilitate and collaborate closely with all other functions such as R & D, Operations, Procurement and Finance to ensure alignment and embed sustainability into the solution portfolio.
- Process driven along with a strong sense of business insight and commercial experience.
- Solid background in full product lifecycle management.
- Experience from B2B industries and particularly in the chemical industry, industrial coatings and Passive Fire Protection (PFP) products, is valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
