You’ve put the years in as a Painter & Decorator - now it’s time to get more out of it! You have built your skills the hard way, on site, solving problems, working with different products, and delivering quality work day in, day out. Responsibilities

- A varied role that combines lab work, site visits, and collaboration with our R&D teams

- Investigate paint and application issues, using your experience to identify root causes

- Work closely with R&D teams to help shape and improve products

- Create samples and technical support materials that bring products to life
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Painting and Decorating, or Level 2 with strong hands on experience
- Solid, practical decorating experience across a range of surfaces and products
- A natural problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Open to learning new systems and ways of working in a modern environment
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues
- Full UK driving licence, as the role includes UK travel and occasional European visits
