This is where your brand career starts to take shape. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key supporting role within our Brand team, working across a portfolio of brands in the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Brand Management and working closely with the Brand Managers and the wider team, you will get hands-on experience across everything from planning and insights to campaign delivery and performance tracking. This role is designed to build strong foundations in brand management, commercial thinking and cross-functional working. You will gain broad exposure to how brands are planned, activated and managed day to day, while developing the skills and confidence needed to grow your career in brand marketing.

- This role helps keep brand plans moving and ensures activity is delivered smoothly, accurately and on time.
- You will support the team across planning, campaigns, insight and performance tracking, helping ideas move from plan to execution.
- Supporting the development and delivery of brand plans, campaign roadmaps and activation priorities.
- Helping turn brand strategy into clear briefs, timelines and practical actions.
- Coordinating campaign delivery across retail, trade, digital, social, PR and content.
- Coordinating assets, timelines and approvals to ensure activity launches smoothly and consistently.
- Gathering insight and tracking brand, campaign and performance metrics.
- Working with Creative, Digital, PR and Customer Marketing teams to ensure activity launches smoothly.
- Maintaining brand calendars, trackers and key planning documents.
- Assisting with portfolio reviews, product lifecycle activity and range planning.
- Helping ensure brand consistency across all materials, assets and touchpoints.
What sets you up for success here?
- Around 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG, retail or a similar environment.
- A genuine interest in brand management and how brands grow.
- Confidence working with data and insight to support decisions.
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard.
Experience supporting campaigns, product launches or cross-functional projects is helpful, but not essential.
