Hemp Well Limited is a rapidly growing SME focused in the CBD health and wellness sector, based at York Science Park on the University of York Campus with retail stores in York and Brighton. We are looking to recruit a Part-Time (2 days ) retail consultant working from our Brighton sales outlet in 3b Kensington Gardens that will focus on providing samples to customers outside the shop on Saturday and Sunday.
While working in our retail store, you must be willing to give the very best customer service experience to our customers. The emphasis will be on service. If you have the personality that our customers will appreciate, and if you enjoy an environment where you can really engage with the customer, then this could be the role for you.
Our customers are typically looking for some guidance on product selection so we will provide product training for you.
Previous retail experience is essential and a working knowledge of general health and wellness is a definate advantage. We have the all the necessary support and training to get you up to speed and delivering excellent service.
Your Duties Will Include
IN RETAIL STORE
- Delivering a swift and friendly service to every customer consistently
- Promoting our free sample products outside the shop
- Working as part of a team focused on delivering a positive customer experience
- Cash Handling
- Till systems/POS
