Role Overview
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a pivotal role in converting leads into successful sales.
You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, arranging and conducting viewings, and managing offers through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and register potential buyers, matching them with suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings with enthusiasm, professionalism, and market insight
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication at every stage
- Keep up to date with the local market, pricing trends, and competitor activity
- Generate new business through follow-ups, referrals, and re-engaging historic applicants and valuations
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously enhance Hemmingfords’ client experience
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential sales or lettings within London (preferred)
- Proven track record in generating offers and progressing sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Strong understanding of the North London property market preferred.
- Confident user of property CRM systems (Alto experience advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must have own vehicle.
