Responsibilities
Joining at the beginning of a new and exciting global contract, you will be a integral part of a dedicated support team, providing onsite support services for a global, iconic brand in the Cosmetics & Beauty sector. You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each with empathy, pragmatism, and a strong sense of customer service, ensuring each ticket is resolved with a smile on the user’s face. Your role includes:
- Walk-Up Tech bar support
- Participation in On-Call Support Break/Fix activities
- IMACD IT Asset Management
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience resolving problems sitting with the user
- Strong customer‑centric level of service
- Excellent time‑management skills
- Comfortable with multiple desktop technologies
- Subject to enhanced referencing or vetting due to varied nature of the role
