Direct message the job poster from Hemmersbach Role: As operations for a number of clients continue to expand, we now seek to appoint a skilled IT support engineer, based at our dedicated Deployment Centre in Basingstoke, that can resolve and prepare various desktop solutions, ready for distribution to our large-scale corporate clients across the UK. Providing a centralised preparation and deployment service at the center, you will take responsibility for imaging, preparation and pre-shipment testing – ensuring that the equipment is fully operational, ready for redeployment onsite. This role is also responsible for ensuring all logistical and inventory needs within the warehousing is met allowing zero delays and a seamless RTB operation. Requirements: Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM) Experience that includes SCCM Build & Deployment as well as ticketing systems (ServiceNOW) Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting Be Part of Us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
