Responsibilities

At Pinewood Studios, you will form part of a team providing world‑class IT support for a wide variety of users – from simple password resets to complex diagnostics and fault‑resolution, as well as project work. You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face.
