You are fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager, your Team Leader and of course, your colleagues in every aspect of your work with the client. As an elite engineer within the team, you will be responsible for all support that any of the company Executives or VIP\’s require. Maintaining only the highest levels of dedication, technical know-how and confidentiality, you will provide critical support at the C-level and maintain the smooth daily operation of the executive management team. You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the VIP’s face – a job well done. This is a role where you will have direct influence on people’s day-to-day working life.
