Hemma Social in East Village, Stratford, is opening a hands-on kitchen prep lead role for mornings and daytime shifts, 35–40 hours weekly, including some weekends.
You will plan and complete prep, prep menu items, manage stock rotation, labels, temperature checks, cleaning and allergens, and train colleagues who help in the kitchen. Work closely with the café lead during busy lunches and birthday bookings as the kitchen lead.
