Hemlock Stone in the Ember Inns group is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of.

You will drive the team, manage ordering, prep, and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

You will lead by example, train chefs, and help deliver great food across a branded menu while working in a community-focused pub environment.

Compensation is competitive for UK kitchens.
