An excellent opportunity for a high calibre 5 - 8 PQE FS services regulatory lawyer, whether barrister or solicitor, to join the Bermuda office of this top tier global offshore firm. Acting for a client base consisting of (re)insurers, captives, hedge funds, investment advisors, and financial institutions, the role will involve advising on regulatory litigation, investigations, enforcement actions by regulators and AML/ATF/KYC issues. You will need to be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada, and have gained at least 5 years' post-qualification experience at a leading national, international or offshore firm.
