About the Role
Hemingway Agency helps scale services with Systems and AI,
We\’re looking to expand our team and offer by bringing on a bespoke content architect who will turn ICP, offer, tone, audience, vision, and market position into a clear, actionable content strategy asset for (mainly) Instagram Reels.
What You’ll Deliver
For each client project (paid per project, not per hour):
- Market and competitor analysis within their niche
- Defined content pillars, tone, and messaging structure
- A bank of 20–40 hooks and post ideas ready for scripting
- Brand guide (colours, style, language)
- Two short calls (kick-off + review)
- WhatsApp access for async feedback during delivery
What We’re Looking For
Our brand is for creatives who are striving for excellence in their marketing, and we want a team that reflects that. - Experience creating content or brand systems for businesses (required)
- Experience creating content or brand systems for coaches, consultants, or service providers (optional)
- Ability to translate positioning data into creative concepts
- Confident building strategy docs in Notion or Google Docs
- Excellent communication and reliability (we work async, fast, and lean)
Project Details
- Pay: $600–$800 per project [Subject to Change based on experience and Deliverables offered)
- Average time per project: 10–12 hours over 10 days
- Freelance / contractor position
- Ongoing work available (2–4 projects per month once proven)
