The Role
We are currently seeking experienced inventory clerks to join our team on a part-time/flexible basis. As an inventory clerk, your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-person property inspections, accurately documenting the condition of properties using our specific format, which includes photos and comments.
Compensation
Competitive per-job payment with additional incentives (Bonuses for quick report completion + Some Travel costs). Excellent earning potential (£150+ for a full day's work) – one of the best paying clerk positions in London.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inventory check-ins and check-outs for our clients' properties
- Prepare inventory reports using our in-house software, ensuring accuracy
- Manage orders, dates in/out, and reconcile orders and goods against initial property inventories
- Attend all appointments punctually and return keys to Property Managers at the end of each day
