We provide detailed inventory check‑ins, check‑outs and mid‑term inspections for upmarket estate agencies, Build‑to‑Rent operators and professional landlords. Our reports are more detailed than the market average, and we pay more than the average provider in return for higher standards of accuracy, reliability and professionalism. We will train you in our way of working and report format so you can meet that standard.
Our Values
- Quality Matters – Clear photos, factual writing and consistent detail.
- Calm and Reliable – You are on time, prepared and professional, even on busy days.
- Take Responsibility – You check your own work and fix issues before it goes to the client.
- Think Beyond the Visit – You understand your reports affect deposits, disputes and client trust.
The Role
- Visit rental properties across Greater London to complete:
- Inventory check‑in reports
- Mid‑term inspections
- End of tenancy / check‑out inspections
We have an established system and formats. You will get training and support, but you must be willing to adapt to our way of working.
Requirements
- Previous employment reference (we will request and check this).
- DBS – Basic Disclosure (either already held or willing to obtain before starting).
- Strong written English and good attention to detail.
- Comfortable travelling around Greater London most days.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
Experience: Experience in inventories / inspections / residential property is preferred, but we will consider candidates with no direct experience if the attitude and work ethic are right.
