Are you a tech-savvy IT systems administrator eager to contribute to our nation’s defence and security efforts? Are you ready to immerse yourself in dynamic operational environments where your skills can help to train defence staff in IT systems administration? As an IT Systems Administration trainer, you will be an integral part of our elite team, working closely with key Defence clients.
Your role will involve delivery of training on the latest technology and hardware to UK Defence and Security staff, improving system administration skills for the next generation of staff. From managing Windows networks and hardware to managing, monitoring, and maintaining applications, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and support.
Proficiency in the Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, PowerShell, and Exchange as well as hands-on experience and knowledge of other vendor technologies including VMware Virtualisation and Cisco Unified Comms and networking products.
Hands-on experience in delivery of classroom-based training for up to 12 students in a group.
Strong background in Windows Domains and Virtualisation.
Familiarity with systems administration workflows, monitoring and maintenance of networks and hardware.
Developed Vetting (UK Nationals only) – Ensuring the highest level of security clearance.
