- Overall operational and organisational responsibility for the UK branch, including its management, coordination and further development
- Leadership and development of the UK team, including efficient personnel and resource planning in cooperation with HR
- Overall responsibility for the professional handling and coordination of national and international high-value logistics and freight forwarding operations by road, air and sea
- Ensuring full compliance with all applicable security, transport and operational processes as well as relevant UK legal and regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for maintaining the highest security, quality and service standards in the handling, transport and storage of valuables
- Monitoring, managing and continuously optimising operational processes, workflows, performance and relevant branch KPIs
- Management and escalation of operational irregularities, incidents and security-related events
- Close cooperation and coordination with customers, business partners, carriers, airlines, authorities, international Helveticor locations and internal specialist departments
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships as well as supporting the implementation and operational development of new business
- Ensuring appropriate training, instruction and development of employees in all relevant operational and security processes
- Ensuring continuous and transparent reporting to the Global CEO on all relevant operational, organisational and business-related matters concerning the UK branch.
- Active contribution to the strategic and operational development and expansion of Helveticor's business activities in the United Kingdom
- A key management position with overall responsibility for our UK branch
