We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Graduate Software Engineer to join our engineering team on an initial 12-month fixed-term graduate scheme with the aim of retaining them after this period. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone at the start of their software engineering career who is keen to develop practical engineering skills while contributing to real product development, issue resolution, and technical improvement initiatives.
Working closely with senior engineers, you will support software development activities across analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, and release support. The role is designed to help balance engineering workload while bringing in fresh perspectives, particularly around AI, cybersecurity, automation, and modern software practices. This position is ideal for a graduate who is curious, collaborative, security-conscious, and eager to learn in a hands-on technical environment.

Essential Skills and Experience- A degree or equivalent qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- Support product evolution through accurate documentation, change management, and technical knowledge sharing.
- Learn and apply core software engineering principles, coding standards, quality processes, and secure development practices.
- Help maintain technical and design knowledge across the team and contribute to peer learning where appropriate.
- Uphold high standards of quality, security, privacy, and reliability in all engineering activities.
