As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a hands-on, sourcing-focused role in finding and attracting Europe's best software engineering talent to Helsing. Working closely with the wider Software Talent Team, you will build and manage candidate pipelines using a broad range of sourcing techniques to identify passive talent that goes well beyond standard job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter. This role is here to make hires: your impact will be measured by the quality and pace of the pipelines you build and the hires that result from them.

The day-to-day:

• Source high volumes of candidates for evergreen software engineering roles through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach, applying fresh and creative approaches to keep pipelines moving.
• Utilise a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and outside-the-box sourcing strategies.
• Screen and interview candidates against role requirements, providing clear and timely feedback to hiring stakeholders.
• Manage candidates through initial interview stages, ensuring a smooth and engaging process.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact through to offer discussion.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of engaged, high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Track pass-through rates across your pipelines, using data to identify blockers early, understand candidate quality, and accurately forecast the hires you can deliver.

• Manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, adapting strategies based on role, market and candidate feedback.
