The role of a People Business Partner at Helsing involves delivering people programmes and partnerships that enhance team performance and growth. You will work closely within a cross-functional People function, supporting the execution of performance and talent development frameworks while building trusted relationships with managers and team members across our London offices.
A defining feature of this role is the ability to network effectively, cultivating relationships across engineering, research, policy, and operations teams to understand the business and act as a credible partner. You will also develop your understanding of Helsing's technology and commercial context, as effective people partnering is rooted in genuine business acumen.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Evolving and delivering Helsing's performance framework, ensuring talent development aligns with business outcomes.
- Designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes suited to a mission-critical environment.
- Building scalable playbooks, tools, and training for managers and individual contributors.
- Cultivating a broad internal network across Helsing's London teams and wider European organisation.
- Investing in understanding Helsing's business and translating that knowledge into people advice.
- Using people analytics to measure organisational health and inform targeted interventions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for team members on people policies and employee relations matters.
- Leveraging employee insights to strengthen team culture and collaboration.
