The role involves managing our day‑to‑day financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your primary duties will include:

• Reviewing day‑to‑day financial transactions
• Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct accounts
• Maintaining an accurate record of all financial transactions
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Processing accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
• Monitoring financial transactions and reports
• Assisting with budget preparation and analysis
• Supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
• Assisting in financial analysis by providing insights into variances and trends
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and company policies
• Assisting with ad‑hoc strategic projects (e.g., IFRS conversion, implementation of an ERP system)
• Coordinating with external auditors and outsourced providers as relevant

You should apply if you:

• Have experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or accounting, or are looking for your first finance related role or currently studying a finance related subject
• Understand basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Are proficient in using Microsoft products, especially Excel
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy; have excellent organisational and time‑management skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
