Contract: Part-Time, 1 day per week (to include weekends), 6-month contract. Approx 3 to 4 weeks' notice of working days per week. Start Date: ASAP, May 2026.

A full clean driving license and access to your own car is essential for this position. This role requires flexibility around working days.

About the Role

Join ASICS as a Brand Trainer and play a key role in educating retail staff on our cutting-edge sports technologies and products. As part of our dynamic team, you will deliver engaging training sessions, support sales initiatives, and ensure that our brand's unique selling propositions are effectively communicated to store staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on ASICS technologies, products, and sales methodologies.
  • Support visual merchandising and marketing activities within assigned stores.
  • Contribute to maximise direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.
  • Explain the engaging brand history, culture and values of the company.
  • Be perceived as an expert: knowing the competition is also key.
  • Foster strong relationships with retail staff and enhance their product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback and report on training sessions using company tools and templates.
  • Be prepared and eager to learn at the regular meetings and seasonal trainings provided by the company.
  • Stay up to date with ASICS products and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Higher education or a degree in Sports Science, Physical Activity, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in retail and/or marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with others.
  • Full professional competency in English.
  • Passionate about sports and the ASICS brand.
  • A full clean driving license and access to your own car is essential.
