Helpthemove is a free-to-use PropTech platform that streamlines utility notification management for the property sector, serving letting agents, housing associations, BTR organisations, and property developers. Founded in 2014, we now support over 3,000 partners and more than 1 million properties. Our award-winning void energy service automates change of tenancy notifications to councils, water companies and energy suppliers, cutting admin time significantly. Through our industry partners, we provide bespoke void energy billing and smart meter installations. This is just the tip of the iceberg; we're always looking for more innovative ways to make utility management effortless.
As a Product Owner within our Integrated Services team, you will be trusted to define the vision, priority and direction of the systems that support the growing needs of the customer and wider business. You will work closely with software developers, business analysts, and operations teams to oversee delivery, manage dependencies and translate business needs into deliverable outcomes. This is a high-autonomy role, where you will be expected to research, plan and make decisions within your own area of responsibility, with the support of the Integrated Services delivery team, wider Product team & the Head of Product.
- Own the Integrated Services roadmap and backlog, applying strong prioritisation and discovery practices.
- Work with Engineering teams to scope and de-risk technical solutions and provide support throughout delivery.
- Excellent product fundamentals: discovery, prioritisation, backlog health, writing clear requirements, and measuring impact.
- Comfort working in an agile delivery environment.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs and data automation.
- Background in property management, PropTech, CRMs and/or B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with data/analytics tooling.
