About the Role
As a Product Owner within our Integrated Services team, you will be trusted to define the vision, priority and direction of the systems that support the growing needs of the customer and wider business.
You will work closely with software developers, business analysts, and operations teams to oversee delivery, manage dependencies and translate business needs into deliverable outcomes.
This is a high-autonomy role, where you will be expected to research, plan and make decisions within your own area of responsibility, with the support of the Integrated Services delivery team, wider Product team & the Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Integrated Services roadmap and backlog, applying strong prioritisation and discovery practices.
- Translate business goals into clear product outcomes and success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agents and internal operations teams.
- Run rigorous product discovery with internal stakeholders, clients & partners to identify opportunities and design solutions.
- Work with Engineering teams to scope and de-risk technical solutions and provide support throughout delivery.
- Coordinate with other Product teams on dependencies, sequencing & ideation.
- Communicate priorities, trade-offs and progress clearly to leadership and business stakeholders.
Essential experience & skills
- A passion for product ownership / product management with a track record of outcome-driven delivery (ideally 3-5+ years).
- Excellent product fundamentals: discovery, prioritisation, backlog health, writing clear requirements, and measuring impact.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on technical and domain detail.
- Confident stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working in an agile delivery environment.
- High competency with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs and data automation.
- Background in property management, Prop Tech, CRMs and/or B2B Saa S.
- Familiarity with data / analytics tooling.

- We primarily operate on a hybrid approach with 3 days in our Manchester City Centre office.
