Join us at Bletchley Park OSHClub, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children. This permanent, part-time role offers 38 hours per week, including 5 non-contact admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am, 2:00-6:15pm, and 7:00am-6:00pm during School Holiday Program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.
  • Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts, designed to inspire and engage.
  • Take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks while fostering teamwork and growth.

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is focused on leadership:

  • Lead a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
  • Take ownership of your team’s roster, manage operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks while fostering teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

  • A natural leader who guides a team and supports growth.
  • Hands-on experience in an OSHC environment.
  • Experience working with complex needs in inclusive services is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills; you’ll be leading by example.
  • A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
  • You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Australian work rights.
  • A relevant qualification (or working toward it) as per ACECQA.
  • National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding.
