Care Worker

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality support to service users in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medication, daily living tasks, and promoting independence. Previous experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided. If you have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• Promote independence and well‑being for clients
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures

• Compassionate and caring nature
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Eligibility to work in the UK (if applicable)

• Driving licence (not essential but preferred)

Location: Maghera, Moneymore, Castledawson, Desertmartin, Draperstown, Upperlands, Portglenone, Ballymena; Area: All of Northern Ireland
Salary: £13 per hour (Weekdays), £14 per hour (Weekends)
Contract: Permanent, Weekly hours: 30
