Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner to shape exceptional care and onboarding for new carers in Worthing. You will coach the team, drive quality and compliance, and ensure strong relationships with customers within the East 6 department.
In this permanent full-time role, you’ll train carers from interview to onboarding, conduct spot checks, support audits, and participate in branch on-call duties while delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
