Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner in Cheadle. You will shape exceptional care, coach new carers from interview to onboarding, and support the branch in maintaining quality, compliance and strong customer relationships.
You’ll lead by example, maintain documentation, review care plans, and support on-call duties. A driving licence and vehicle are assumed where needed.
