This could be just the opportunity you\’ve been looking for.What You\’ll Be Doing As a Quality Auditor , you\’ll play a key role in ensuring our services meet and exceed internal standards and regulatory requirements (CQC and CIW). You\’ll independently audit branches and services, identify areas for improvement, and help embed a culture of quality across the organisation.You\’ll also collaborate with our Quality Business Partners, Branch Managers, and operational leaders to drive best practice and continuous improvement that directly benefits our customers and carers.Key Responsibilities Plan and carry out internal audits across the organisation in line with our quality audit scheduleEvaluate services against CQC and CIW standards and provide expert guidance on improvementsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and create clear, actionable reportsMonitor and validate corrective actions through to completionSupport services with preparation for regulatory and commissioner inspectionsWork with branch teams to ensure policies, procedures and quality standards are fully embeddedShare best practices across regions to drive consistent excellence in careCollaborate with internal teams (e.g. L&D, HR, GDPR) to support compliance and improvementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and contribute to policy developmentWhat We\’re Looking For Strong knowledge of CQC and/or CIW regulatory frameworksProven experience in a compliance or quality role within the health or social care sectorSkilled in auditing, writing reports, and making practical recommendationsExcellent analytical and communication skillsHighly organised, self-motivated, and solution-focusedPassionate about person-centred care and service improvementDiploma in Health & Social CareISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification or equivalentDiploma in Quality Assurance or IOSH certificationWhy Join Helping Hands?
