About the role
As PA to the Divisional Director, you’ll be a key part of our leadership support team, helping to manage schedules, communications, and priorities. You’ll need to be confident enough to challenge when needed, chase up actions, and ensure deadlines are met. This role requires someone who’s not just organised, but also adaptable, discreet, and driven to deliver high-quality work.
Salary
£30,000 per year
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Divisional Director
- Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Track actions and follow up to ensure completion
- Support with project coordination and business planning
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong word processing and IT skills (Microsoft Office and other software packages)
- Confidence to work independently and challenge constructively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and a flexible, can‑do attitude
- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality
- Previous administrative experience
- A customer‑focused approach and team spirit
- A full UK driving licence
