We’re now looking for passionate, experienced Registered Care Managers to join us in a Peripatetic role supporting our branches across Gloucestershire.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a confident and adaptable Registered Care Manager to provide leadership across multiple branches—covering periods of growth, transition, or absence.
As a Peripatetic Care Manager, you’ll take ownership of service delivery, quality, and compliance wherever you’re needed most—all with the backing of a respected national provider.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations to ensure safe, high‑quality care delivery
- Hold and manage the CQC registration at assigned branches
- Recruit, onboard, and retain a team of exceptional carers
- Drive local growth and build relationships within the community
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
- Support and develop carers and office staff to maintain high standards
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)
- Proven experience in a Registered Manager or senior care leadership role
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in home care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to travel across North London
