From our first kitchen‑table beginnings to the nationwide team we are today, we’ve always believed one thing: everyone deserves to live well, in the place they call home.

If you’re driven by data, motivated by impact, and excited by the idea that your work can directly help families find the care they need, you’ll feel right at home here. To support our ambitious growth, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to scale high‑quality customer acquisition and recruitment leads across our paid channels. This is a hands‑on, results‑owned role where you’ll shape strategy, manage meaningful budgets and drive measurable commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead paid media performance across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Display, Reddit and emerging channels — ensuring every pound spent delivers real, trackable impact. Collaborating with Digital, Sales, Recruitment and wider teams, your work will help families and jobseekers find the right support at the right time. This is a hands‑on performance role with direct accountability for cost efficiency, lead quality and scalable acquisition. You’ll manage significant budgets, optimise multi‑channel campaigns and play a key part in shaping our digital growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising campaigns across Search, Display, Demand Gen, Bing and social platforms
  • Delivering against cost per acquisition, cost per hire and volume targets
  • Monitoring daily performance and allocating budget based on commercial return
  • Identifying scaling opportunities while managing diminishing returns
  • Building structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, bidding and landing pages
  • Analysing regional and branch performance to improve cost efficiency
  • Maintaining Looker Studio and Excel dashboards to track KPIs
  • Supporting quarterly forecasting and channel allocation planning
  • Improving tracking accuracy across GA4, HubSpot and wider systems
  • Using automation tools (Zapier, Make.com) to streamline lead routing and operations
  • Providing clear performance reporting and commercial insight to senior stakeholders

Who you are

You’re a performance‑driven paid media specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment. You combine analytical rigour with commercial awareness, and you’re comfortable turning data into meaningful action.

You bring:

  • Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, Demand Gen and Bing
  • Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets with clear performance accountability
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, lead quality and revenue contribution
  • Advanced reporting skills, including Looker Studio and Excel
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and CRM tracking (HubSpot desirable)
  • Experience running structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses and outcomes
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams

Desirable:

  • Experience with Reddit or emerging ad platforms
  • Experience in multi‑location or local advertising
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com
  • Understanding of lifetime value or contribution analysis
