Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a dynamic collaborative Local Marketing Business Partner to join our marketing team in Alcester. This role will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our go to market strategy working closely with central marketing as well as regional and local teams. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and strategic marketer who is passionate about shaping our local marketing and working in partnership with a large stakeholder network. You will need the gravitas and influencing skills to work alongside senior managers within the organisation. A huge part of this role is going to be working with branch managers located in over 150 locations across the UK on how they can drive local marketing campaigns & business development locally. This role is a FTC covering maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Take our holistic marketing strategy, and develop a branch marketing plan helping branches deliver customer objectives.
- Deployment: Work with branches on local marketing plans covering both attraction of customers & recruitment of carers, ensuring they are communicated & executed effectively.
- Training: Run inductions & marketing training with regional teams.
- Gap Analysis: Identify where branches are not getting enough business.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, videographers, photographers to produce brand assets to support your campaigns.
- Agility: Respond quickly to support requests & prioritise accordingly.
- Analytics: Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of local branch or retail marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and deployment.
- Exceptional creative and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated project management and budget management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
