To support our continued growth, we’re recruiting a Digital Performance Manager to drive and optimise digital acquisition activity across customer and carer recruitment — ensuring our digital investment delivers efficient growth, high‑quality leads and continuous improvement across the digital journey.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day digital performance across key paid and organic channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to improve conversion, test and learn at pace, and ensure digital activity is well measured, effective and scalable.
Location: Alcester Support Office (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to ÂŁ65,000
The role is a hands‑on digital performance role focused on acquisition, optimisation and commercial impact. You’ll manage and improve performance across paid search, paid media and broader digital channels, using insight, testing and collaboration to drive sustainable growth. You’ll balance short‑term performance delivery with continuous optimisation and learning, working across teams to improve digital journeys and lead quality from enquiry through to conversion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day‑to‑day digital acquisition performance across customer and carer recruitment campaigns.
- Overseeing paid media activity, including search and other digital advertising platforms.
- Working closely with PPC and paid media agencies to ensure campaigns align to performance and business objectives.
- Monitoring enquiry volume, cost per acquisition, lead quality and conversion rate.
- Identifying and leading testing opportunities across paid media and digital channels.
- Analysing performance by region, branch and service to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting optimisation of landing pages and digital journeys with SEO, Content, Development and CRM teams.
- Contributing to forecasting, planning and performance reviews.
- Providing clear performance insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective tracking, attribution and measurement across digital channels.
Who you are:
You’re a commercially minded digital performance specialist who enjoys using data, insight and experimentation to improve outcomes. You’re confident managing agencies, comfortable challenging constructively, and able to turn performance data into clear actions. You thrive in a fast‑moving environment, take ownership of results, and enjoy working collaboratively across marketing, sales and operational teams.
You bring:
- Experience managing or optimising digital acquisition activity in a performance‑driven environment.
- Strong paid search experience (Google Ads), with understanding of wider digital performance levers.
- Knowledge of how paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation and CRM work together.
- Confidence interpreting digital performance, attribution and conversion data.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics tools such as GA4.
- Experience working with agency partners and holding them to account.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised and results‑focused mindset.
- Comfort balancing data‑led decision‑making with practical judgement.
Desirable:
- Experience with paid social platforms.
- Background in service‑led, regulated or multi‑location organisations.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
