What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (billable hours are not tied to pay).
- Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
- Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB and state guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- State licensure where required.
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.
