£45 sleep rate

Disturbance and Overtime pay available

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our team at Helpful Investments. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping to provide our high-quality therapeutic care to young people as part of our integrated service.

You’ll be joining a dedicated team who have a passion for the important work we do. No two days are ever the same, which means we are looking for adaptable, motivated and hard‑working individuals who will have a positive impact with our children.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic care to young people.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that all young people receive the appropriate level of care.
  • Establish safe and favourable living conditions for young people.
  • Establish behavioural boundaries for young people.
  • Provide recreational and creative opportunities.
  • Mentor & support daily life skills.
