Role Description The Events Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London, supporting the planning and delivery of community-focused events for Help Bnk.
This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating venues and suppliers, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth event setup and breakdown.
The Events Assistant will handle guest communications, respond to attendee inquiries, and provide on-the-day support to maintain a welcoming and organised environment.
The role also includes maintaining event documentation, tracking attendance and feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to align events with Help Bnk’s mission and community goals.

Relevant Experience / Qualifications Possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to support the coordination, execution, and improvement of events. (Nice to have) Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage attendees and represent Help Bnk professionally.
Strong organisation skills to manage timelines, resources, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Relevant experience in events, hospitality, community engagement, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in London (1 day per week), including occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
