HelpAge International is looking for a Network Development Associate (Africa) to support member engagement, communications, knowledge sharing, and coordination across the HelpAge Global Network. Working closely with regional and global colleagues, you will help manage the HelpAge Digital Portal, coordinate events and webinars, support member onboarding, develop communications content, and strengthen collaboration across Africa and the wider network.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in network coordination, member engagement, events, or administration, strong communication and organisational skills, experience supporting webinars, virtual events, and digital platforms, ability to develop newsletters, social media, and other communications content, proficiency with digital collaboration tools, knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or Mailchimp is an advantage and fluency in English; additional African Union or UN languages are desirable.
