Energy Savings Advisor – Contact Centre (Doncaster City Centre)

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Energy Savings Advisors to join our busy contact centre in Doncaster. You’ll be part of an award winning team with a supportive management structure, excellent training, and real opportunities for progression.

What You’ll Do
As an Energy Savings Advisor, you will:
- Make outbound calls to engage potential customers about energy saving and renewable solutions
- Arrange home energy assessments and help customers switch to greener, more cost effective options
- Work to individual and team sales targets in a lively, fast paced environment
- Build rapport, handle objections confidently, and provide an excellent customer experience
- Accurately record customer details in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with data protection
- Sales and target driven with a positive, enthusiastic approach
- Confident communicator with an engaging personality
- Resilient and able to remain motivated when facing objections
- A genuine passion for helping customers save money and energy
- Previous call centre or sales experience is desirable, but not essential – full training is provided
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: £23,000 basic (depending on experience)
- Uncapped Commission: paid weekly, with realistic OTE of £30,000+
- 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

- Friday: 9:30am – 2:30pm

The Application Process
