The Senior Project Manager Role
The Senior Project Manager should have strong experience in event sales and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with venues, clients, and agencies. The role involves creating event proposals (technical skills are a plus but not essential) and managing onsite teams. As a 360° role, it encompasses the entire process, from initial sales to overseeing events in person. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling all aspects of event management and leading teams in dynamic environments.
