Salary: £21,600-£28,800 (Circa £36,000 FTE (35 hours) per annum dependent on candidate experience) plus 10% pension, health care cash plan and a range of other great benefits including hybrid-working.

Location: London WC1X

Contract and hours: Permanent contract – Part-time (3 days/21 hours or 4 days/28 hours per week).

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Communications, Marketing & Engagement team in London in a Creative Designer role. This role will help ensure that our charities present a clear, compelling, and consistent visual identity across all external and internal channels. They will produce creative assets and content to support the goals of both charities and coordinate creative production to reach new audiences and build our profiles in the music industry and beyond.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in a professional setting, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital tools like Canva.
  • A solid understanding of branding principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to create compelling content that meets multiple objectives and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate briefs into impactful designs.
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency across platforms and formats, with knowledge of accessibility standards for inclusive design.
  • Confidence in articulating brand principles and guiding others in applying them, including advising and signing off on day-to-day usage and internal materials.
