Qualifications
As a Consumer Goods Management Consulting Manager, you will:
- Lead focused project teams across a range of Consumer Goods categories and client problems
- Take ownership of framing the problem, structuring the analysis approach, and leading the execution
- Coach and develop members of the team to deliver excellence
- Structure and communicate outcomes to client management teams
- Work alongside client teams to help them implement the recommendations to deliver value
We are looking for you if you have:
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience in the Consumer Goods industry. Prior consulting experience is a plus, but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record. An advanced degree or an MBA is a plus, but not essential
- Deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas – Digital Marketing, Route to Market, Revenue Growth Management, Digital Commerce, B2B / B2C Marketplaces
- Exceptional creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team leadership experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English
- A passion for technology and innovation
