Help for Heroes is seeking a Veterans Community Occupational Therapist for a maternity cover, with remote working covering Northern Ireland. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, on a 12-month FTC, joining the Services team to support veterans and families to access clinical and functional support.
You will provide community-based OT, assess needs with veterans and families, help navigate healthcare pathways, work in a multidisciplinary team with Community Nurses, and contribute to outreach
