Education Recruitment Consultant Fully Remote

Help Educate is seeking a passionate individual to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Position Overview: This role is perfect for someone eager to elevate their career, and become part of the integral growth of Help Educate. During the initial 6-month probationary period, you will work on a commission-only basis, earning a competitive 40% commission, with the flexibility to be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will have the opportunity to: * Transition into a permanent salaried position with an attractive salary ranging from £30,000 to £65,000, based on probationary performance. * Have the option to bring on another consultant to manage, enabling you to start growing your own team and expand your influence within the company.
