Help at Home is hiring caregivers in your community TODAY! We are offering a $500 sign-on bonus for compassionate and reliable home health aides. As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:
- Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
- Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to insured and reliable transportation
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits and time off vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview.
$500 sign-on bonus is valid for eligible applicants and current caregivers who transition into the Home Health Aide (HHA) role between 11/1/2025 and 3/31/2026. To qualify, HHAs must complete all required online and in-person training and work a minimum of 80 HHA hours. Caregiver must be actively employed and in good standing (not on a disciplinary action plan) at the time of bonus payout. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
