We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a fast‑paced residential apartment development, and they are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take control of the electrical package on site. This is a 2‑month contract on a live project — ideal for someone who can come in, take ownership, and drive the job through a key phase to completion.
The Role
- Oversee all day‑to‑day electrical works across a multi‑unit apartment scheme
- Manage electricians and subcontractors to keep works on programme
- Ensure installations meet current regulations and high residential standards
- Maintain quality across apartments and communal areas
- Enforce strong health & safety practices on site
- Coordinate with site teams and other trades to keep things moving
- Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays
What You'll Need
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential/apartment projects
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
- ECS/CSCS card (essential)
- SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred)
- Able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
