- Support the organisation and delivery of Forums, including coordination with Forum Chairs and supporting meeting logistics.
- Assist with the delivery of member events, including preparation and on-the-day hosting.
- Help maintain a high-quality member experience by identifying when members may benefit from additional support and escalating where appropriate.
- Contribute ideas to improve the member experience and support the implementation of new initiatives.

- Have at least two years' experience in a professional environment involving client, customer, or member interaction.
- Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.
- Strong at building relationships and adapting your communication style to different audiences.
- Clear and thoughtful communicator, both written and verbal.
