We're recruiting for a growing organisation seeking a Technical
Specialist to act as the bridge between customers, product
development, sales, and operations. This is a varied, hands-on
role combining technical support, project coordination, product
development involvement, and customer training.
The Role
As Technical Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for
technical enquiries, supporting both business and consumer
customers while helping ensure projects are delivered
successfully and to high technical standards. You will work
closely with internal teams and customers to provide guidance,
resolve issues, and support the development of innovative
products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for technical enquiries, providing
- support to both business and consumer customers.
- Deliver technical support, guidance and training across
- customer projects, product implementation and system solutions.
- Support product development and innovation by identifying
- opportunities through customer feedback, market trends and
- technical insight.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Support and
- Product teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer
- satisfaction.
About You
We're looking for a technically minded individual who enjoys
solving problems, building relationships and working across
multiple projects.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing or
- product-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers
- and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving
- abilities, with a proactive approach to managing priorities.
- Commercial awareness, the ability to work collaboratively
- across teams, and a full UK driving licence.
