Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a passion
for inventory optimisation, planning and continuous improvement?
We're partnering with a well-established organisation embarking
on an exciting supply chain transformation journey. This is a
fantastic opportunity to take ownership of planning and inventory
processes, drive operational improvements and play a key role in
the successful adoption of a specialist supply chain planning
platform.

suit someone who enjoys improving processes, challenging the
status quo and delivering measurable results.
The Opportunity
Sitting at the heart of the supply chain function, you'll be
responsible for improving forecasting, inventory management and
replenishment processes to enhance product availability whilst
optimising stock levels.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll
drive best practice, improve decision-making through data and
help create a more efficient and scalable planning function.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading inventory planning and optimisation activities to
improve stock performance and service levels.
* Driving the successful utilisation and ongoing development of a
specialist supply chain planning platform.
* Enhancing forecasting, replenishment and planning processes
through data-driven decision making.
* Partnering with key stakeholders to identify and implement
continuous improvement initiatives.
* Managing and developing a team whilst embedding best-practice
planning principles.
What We're Looking For
* Previous hands-on experience with Slimstock is essential.
* Strong background in supply chain planning, inventory
management or demand planning.
* Experience improving forecasting, replenishment and stock
optimisation processes.
* Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders and
deliver operational improvements.
* Previous people leadership experience with strong communication
and analytical skills.
